Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. You will be refunded the full amount of your payment minus $7 cancellation fee. If the appointment is canceled within 12-24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be refunded 50% of your payment. If you are unable to give a minimum of 12 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
No-shows - Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.
Late Arrivals:
Out-Calls - As a single and solitary practitioner I am fairly flexible on start times if the service is at your home. I understand that at home there are the usual hindrances of housemates, furniture reorganization, kids, pets, etc. I am willing to be flexible and give you the full length of your massage if my schedule permits.
In Spa - Due to the room scheduling at the spa, the timing is much more limited and precise than out-calls. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early (if not more) to allow for time to check in, get your locker key, shower, etc. The spa is generally very busy and you may be required to wait to check in. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you are financially responsible for the full session and will not receive a refund. Out of respect and consideration for our use of the spa, and to get the most out of your visit, please plan accordingly and be on time.
